Acting as an employment agency we are currently recruiting for an Experienced Accounts Administrator to join our client, a hugely successful property solutions company based in Belfast City Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly Reimbursement Report and submitting for approval; processing the Reimbursement Report for payment in line with contractual terms
- Preparing and submitting monthly reports
- Creating and issuing rent, service and insurance charges applicable to tenants
- Responding to ad hoc queries
- Posting monies receipted to the relevant properties and funds
- Co-ordinating rate charges on specific portfolios
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Carrying out Credit Control as required
- Performing monthly reconciliation of income
- Preparing month end schedule of accruals
- Assisting with preparation of budget forecasts in respect of service charges and insurance
- Assisting with preparation of Service Charge reconciliations
- Other tasks as required by the Financial Controller
Suitable applicants will:
- 3+ years experience working in an accounts function
- Experience carrying out credit control
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word
- 2+ years experience using a financial software application
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high quality, error free work
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of client service
- Minimum 5 GCSEs grades A – C or equivalent, to include Mathematics and English
